Note: Although we will accept registrations until the day of the workshop, those who register for in person participation after May 14 cannot be guaranteed a seat at the banquet on the second night of the conference, nor a participant gift, although we will accommodate to the best of our ability.

PLEASE NOTE: Hotel and airfare are not included in the registration fee and participants are responsible for making their own arrangements. Please visit the accommodation page for more information.

Registration includes full access to the workshop, refreshment breaks, two boxed lunches, banquet ticket, reception ticket, and workshop participant gift. Those who register after May 14 cannot be guaranteed a spot at the dinner banquet or participant gift.
